What We Work On Together
No two people move through this transition the same way. The plan shouldn't be the same either.

Menopausal Hormone Therapy
If hormone therapy is appropriate for you, I can evaluate, prescribe, and manage it. We'll review your symptom picture, health history, and relevant labs together before any decisions are made. The goal is an informed, individualized approach — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
diagnostics
Lab Review & Interpretation
Bring your existing results or we'll order what's needed. I'll walk you through what your labs actually mean in the context of your symptoms and life stage — not just whether values fall "in range," but what they mean for you specifically.
integrative care
Non-Hormonal Therapies
For women who aren't candidates for hormone therapy, prefer to explore other options first, or want to complement their MHT, there's a meaningful evidence base for non-hormonal approaches. These may include evidence-informed supplements, botanical medicine, and other therapies within scope.
Nutrition & Lifestyle
Nutritional & Lifestyle Counseling
What you eat, how you move, how you sleep, and how you manage stress all interact with your hormones during this transition. We'll look at your current patterns and identify practical, targeted changes specific to midlife physiology — not a generic wellness plan.
Prevention
Bone Health
Menopause is one of the most significant risk factors for bone loss, and it often goes unmonitored until a fracture happens. I can order bone density assessments, interpret results in the context of your hormone status and risk factors, and build a plan that may include MHT, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle strategies to protect your skeletal health long-term.
Sexual Health
Genitourinary & Sexual Health
Vaginal dryness, urinary urgency, discomfort during sex — these changes are common in menopause and often go unmentioned because patients assume nothing can be done. There is a lot that can be done. I address genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) as a routine part of care, not an afterthought.
Metabolic Health
Metabolic Health & Weight Shifts
The weight redistribution that comes with menopause — especially increased visceral adiposity — isn't simply a matter of eating less and moving more. Estrogen decline drives real changes in insulin sensitivity, fat storage patterns, and energy regulation. I address metabolic health as an integrated part of menopause care, which may include metabolic lab assessment, nutritional strategy, and for appropriate candidates, discussion of GLP-1 receptor agonist medications.
Not sure where to start? An initial consultation is the right first step. We'll figure out together what's most relevant for your situation.
